Private Membership Association
The Private Member Express Association allows for people to practice their beliefs within a sheltered and tax immune entity. This structure allows the benefits of health and healing services to be practiced freely through the consent of its members and can equally accept and give tax exempt donations on behalf of the non profit.
Resplendent Life has been successfully operating by such a structure since 2020 which has been an innovative model in providing health coaching and holistic healing services. We believe this forward thinking model will become a great agent for change in the reformation of American healthcare.

As a philanthropic partner, you would assist in equipping and maintaining the property and operating expenses. Resplendent Life would issue a tax exemption to the partner for the amount received.
Rewards include receiving a tax exemption for the amount invested while helping thousands of people to experience holistic health. The facilities health innovation will be a testimony of a proven model of success and a legacy for our partners.
The venue will be open for client holistic healing individual and group events and available for special retreats, private gatherings and public use at industry standard rental rates.

My passion is empowering individuals to uncover and address the root causes of personal obstacles that hinder them from thriving in every area of life. I have dedicated myself to this mission through both my professional experience and personal journey.
I have had the privilege of working in healthcare since 1984. My journey began during high school and college, where I gained valuable experience in nursing homes and home healthcare. I furthered my education by training as a holistic health nurse at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Throughout my career as a registered nurse, I have worked in various settings, including hospitals, hospice care, and schools. Since 2001, I have applied my nursing expertise, ongoing education, and experience in holistic health coaching to support individuals in uncovering the underlying causes of their symptoms and what is needed to experience holistic healing. My nursing education, continuous learning, and holistic coaching experience combined with personal experiences in restoring my son's health, has fueled my commitment to helping others meet the needs of their body, environment, nutrition, mind, will, emotions, spirit, finances, and relationships; empowering them to overcome life’s challenges and achieve true health and well-being.
